The court before whom any person has been convicted of trespassing under Section 602 of the Penal Code shall, in addition to any other fine or forfeiture imposed, confiscate any bird or mammal or parts thereof taken while trespassing, and shall dispose of the bird or mammal or parts thereof to a charitable institution or cause it to be destroyed if unfit for human consumption.
