(a) A person fishing from the shore in the waters of the Colorado River located in Arizona or California shall have in their possession a valid sportfishing license issued by the state that has jurisdiction over that shore.
(b) This section applies only to licenses, permits, reservations, tags, and other entitlements issued through the Automated License Data System.
