Landing Fees

If the department determines that any overpayment of a landing tax has been made intentionally or by reason of carelessness, it shall not allow any interest thereon.
If the department determines that any overpayment of a landing fee has been made intentionally or by reason of carelessness, it shall not allow any interest thereon.
