The Department of Corporations shall have possession and control of all records, criminal history information, papers, equipment, supplies, moneys, funds, appropriations, licenses, permits, contracts, claims, judgments, land, and other property, real or personal, connected with the administration of, or held for the benefit or use of, the Department of Justice for the performance of the functions transferred to the Department of Corporations pursuant to Section 23071.
