Upon the filing of any document pursuant to any provision of the Corporations Code for which there is a filing fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) or more, the Secretary of State shall compare and certify up to two copies without charge, provided that the copies are submitted to the Secretary of State with the original to be filed.
Upon the filing of any document pursuant to any provision of the Corporations Code for which there is a filing fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) or more, at the time of filing the Secretary of State shall provide a copy without charge.
