The State and Consumer Services Agency succeeds to and is vested with all the duties, powers, purposes, and responsibilities, and jurisdiction vested in the Department of Food and Agriculture by Part 3 (commencing with Section 3801) of Division 3 of the Food and Agricultural Code with respect to the Museum of Science and Industry.
The Natural Resources Agency succeeds to and is vested with all the duties, powers, purposes, and responsibilities, and jurisdiction vested in the Department of Food and Agriculture by Part 3 (commencing with Section 3801) of Division 3 of the Food and Agricultural Code with respect to the Exposition Park.
