Indemnification of Citizens Benefiting the Public

Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 569, Sec. 12

As used in this article, “private citizen” means any person other than a peace officer, fireman, lifeguard, or person whose employment includes the duty to protect the public safety acting within the course and scope of such employment.
