Known as the California State Communications Law
The act spans §§ 15250 to 15277 (7 sections).

Unless the context requires otherwise, as used in this part, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
(a) “Division” means the Public Safety Communications Division established by this part.
(b) “Office” means the Office of Emergency Services.
