General Cash Revolving Fund

Warrants may be drawn by the Controller against the General Cash Revolving Fund, to the extent of the amounts available, in accordance with demands audited pursuant to law and rules and regulations prescribed from time to time by the California Victim Compensation and Government Claims Board, and also to meet other payments provided by law to be made from the General Fund. The Treasurer may pay from the General Cash Revolving Fund the warrants so drawn.
