Lost or Destroyed Warrants

If the application is approved, the Controller shall issue and deliver to the applicant, on demand, a duplicate warrant for the full amount of the original warrant. When the Controller issues the duplicate, he shall notify the Treasurer that a duplicate warrant has been issued and identify the warrant.
If the application is approved, the Controller shall issue and deliver to the applicant, on demand, a replacement warrant for the full amount of the original warrant. When the Controller issues the replacement, he or she shall notify the Treasurer that a replacement warrant has been issued and identify the warrant.
