The Department of Personnel Administration, in conjunction with the Board of Administration of the Public Employees’ Retirement System, shall develop legislation which will implement a two-tiered retirement system.
The Department of Human Resources, in conjunction with the Board of Administration of the Public Employees’ Retirement System, shall develop legislation which will implement a two-tiered retirement system.
