As of January 1, 2011
Every patrol member subject to Section 21362, 21362.2, or 21363.1, as applicable, shall be retired on the first day of the calendar month succeeding that in which he or she attains the age of 60 years.
(a) Every patrol member subject to Section 21362, 21362.2, or 21363.1, as applicable, shall be retired on the first day of the calendar month succeeding that in which he or she attains the age of 60 years.
(b) This section shall be operative April 1, 2019.
