Cal. Gov. Code § 23025

General

Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 28, Sec. 27

In order to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. Sec. 12101 et seq.) and other applicable federal provisions, a county, whether general law or chartered, which provides any emergency services, is encouraged to provide deaf teletype equipment at a central location within the county to relay requests for such emergency services.
