Election to Select County Officers and Location of County Seat in the Approved County

Ballots at the election provided for in this article shall contain the statement:
Ballots at the election provided for in this article shall contain the question:
“Shall (insert the name of the county seat as determined by commission) be the county seat of the County of (insert the name of the county)?”
To the right of or below the question, the words “Yes” and “No” shall be printed on separate lines, with voting targets. If a voter marks the voting target next to the printed word “Yes,” the voter’s vote shall be counted in favor of the adoption of the county seat. If the voter marks the voting target next to the printed word “No,” the voter’s vote shall be counted against its adoption.
