(a) Every local agency shall provide to the Fair Employment and Housing Commission a copy of any affirmative action plan and subsequent amendments to such plan adopted by the local agency.
(a) Every local agency shall provide to the Civil Rights Council a copy of any affirmative action plan and subsequent amendments to such plan adopted by the local agency.
(b) Every local agency which is required by federal law, rule or regulation to submit an annual statistical survey of the employment of the agency to the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission shall annually, commencing with January 1, 1975, submit a copy of such survey to the Fair Employment and Housing Commission.
(b) Every local agency that is required by federal law, rule or regulation to submit an annual statistical survey of the employment of the agency to the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission shall annually, commencing with January 1, 2013, submit a copy of the survey to the Civil Rights Council.
(c) Such reports and information shall constitute public records.
