Joint Powers Agreements

Any state department or agency concerned with the provisions of services or facilities to mentally retarded persons and their families may enter into agreements under this chapter.
A state department or agency concerned with the provisions of services or facilities to persons with intellectual disabilities and their families may enter into agreements under this chapter.
