The fee for copies of any record or document in the office of the Clerk/Executive Officer of the Supreme Court or the Clerk/Executive Officer of a court of appeal is the prevailing commercial rate as determined by the Clerk/Executive Officer. The Supreme Court and each court of appeal may waive the charge for copies of opinions furnished to parties to the litigation and other interested persons.
