A trial court employee shall have the right to authorize a dues deduction from his or her salary or wages in the same manner provided to public agency employees pursuant to Section 1157.1, 1157.2, 1157.3, 1157.4, 1157.5, or 1157.7.
A trial court employee shall have the right to authorize, and the trial court employer shall honor, a dues deduction from his or her salary or wages as provided in Section 1152, 1153, 1157.1, 1157.2, 1157.3, 1157.4, 1157.5, or 1157.7.
