“Campaign statement” means an itemized report which is prepared on a form prescribed by the Commission and which provides the information required by Chapter 4 of this title.
“Campaign report” means an itemized report that is prepared in a manner prescribed by the Commission and that provides the information required by Chapters 4 and 5 of this title.
