As of January 1, 2011
Persons employed by the bureau pursuant to Section 8544.1 shall be allowed to enroll in the Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act contained in Part 5 (commencing with Section 22751) of Division 5 of Title 2.
Persons employed by the office pursuant to Section 8544.1 shall be allowed to enroll in the Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act contained in Part 5 (commencing with Section 22751) of Division 5 of Title 2.
