The Secretary of Emergency Management may procure from the federal government or any of its agencies such surplus equipment, apparatus, supplies, and storage facilities therefor as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter.
The Director of Emergency Services may procure from the federal government or any of its agencies such surplus equipment, apparatus, supplies, and storage facilities therefor as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter.
