Proceedings to Determine Constitutionality of Claims Against the State

As used in this chapter, “omnibus claim appropriation” means an act of appropriation, or an item of appropriation in a budget act, by which the Legislature appropriates a lump sum to pay the claim of the California Victim Compensation and Government Claims Board or its secretary against the state in an amount that the Legislature has determined is properly chargeable to the state.
As used in this chapter, “omnibus claim appropriation” means an act of appropriation, or an item of appropriation in a budget act, by which the Legislature appropriates a lump sum to pay the claim of the Department of General Services or its secretary against the state in an amount that the Legislature has determined is properly chargeable to the state.
