As of January 1, 2011
Transfers pursuant to Section 70, loans pursuant to Section 71.4, and grants pursuant to Section 72.5 shall be made by the department with the advice and consent of the commission.
Transfers pursuant to Section 70, loans pursuant to Section 71.4, and grants pursuant to Section 72.5 shall be made by the division with the advice of the commission.
