All records and information specified in this article, other than the newly established certificate, shall be available only to those persons specified in subdivision (h) of Section 7571 of the Family Code or upon order of a court of record.
All records and information specified in this article, other than the newly established certificate, shall be available only to those persons specified in subdivision (i) of Section 7571 of the Family Code or upon order of a court of record.
