Revision of Birth and Marriage Records to Reflect Change of Gender and Sex Identifier

As of January 1, 2011
The State Registrar shall transmit a certified copy of a birth certificate newly established under this article to the registrant without additional charge.
This article shall become operative on January 1, 2023.
