On or before January 1, 1999, the California Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act Scientific Advisory Panel shall make a recommendation to the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment on whether MTBE should be listed as a carcinogenic or reproductive toxin, as set forth in Section 12000 and following of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations.
On or before January 1, 1999, the California Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act scientific advisory panel shall make a recommendation to the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment on whether MTBE should be listed as a carcinogenic or reproductive toxin as set forth in Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 25102) of Division 4 of Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations.
