The office shall be under the supervision and control of a director, known as the Director of the Office of HIPAA Implementation, who shall be appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, the Secretary of the Health and Human Services Agency.
This division shall remain in effect only until June 30, 2029, and as of that date is repealed.
