Cal. Health & Safety Code § 131052.5

Commencing July 1, 2022, the Office of Community Partnerships and Strategic Communications, an office within the Governor’s Office of Service and Community Engagement, succeeds to, and is vested with, all the duties and responsibilities of the State Department of Public Health related to the administration or implementation of the COVID-19 vaccine-related public education and outreach campaigns in the manner described in Section 65052.7 of the Government Code.
