A person who demolishes a building shall remove any mercury-added thermostats from the building prior to demolition in accordance with all applicable regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter, and take the out-of-service mercury-added thermostat to a location that is authorized to collect out-of-service mercury-added thermostats.
A person who demolishes a building shall remove any mercury-added thermostats from the building before demolition in accordance with all applicable statutes and regulations, and take the out-of-service mercury-added thermostat to a location that is authorized to collect out-of-service mercury-added thermostats.
