Mercury Thermostat Collection Act of 2021

Known as the Mercury Thermostat Collection Act

The act spans §§ 25214–25214 (15 sections).

The department shall repeal Chapter 24 (commencing with Section 66274.1) of Division 4.5 of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations.
