This chapter shall be implemented by the Unified Program Agency. If there is no UPA, the agency authorized pursuant to subdivision (f) of Section 25404.3 shall be deemed to be the UPA for purposes of this chapter and shall implement this chapter.
This chapter shall be implemented by the Unified Program Agency, in accordance with the regulations adopted by the office pursuant to Section 25270.4.1.
