Definitions

Known as the California Land Reuse and Revitalization Act

The act spans §§ 25395–25395 (48 sections).

Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 258, Sec. 80

“Release” has the same meaning as defined in subdivision (a) of Section 78105.
