As of January 1, 2011
Not more than 5 percent of the fees distributed to any district pursuant to Section 44229, or distributed by a district to any other public agency pursuant to this chapter, shall be used by the district or other public agency for administrative costs.
Not more than 6.25 percent of the fees distributed to any district pursuant to Section 44229, or distributed by a district to any other public agency pursuant to this chapter, shall be used by the district or other public agency for administrative costs.
