Special Housing Programs for the Developmentally Disabled, Mentally Disordered, and Physically Disabled

As used in this chapter, “mentally disordered” means affected by a mental disorder rendering the affected person eligible to participate in programs of rehabilitation, education, or social services conducted by or on behalf of a public agency, and also means persons affected by such a mental disorder.
As used in this chapter, “persons with a mental health disorder” means a person who is affected by a mental health disorder rendering the individual eligible to participate in programs of rehabilitation, education, or social services conducted by or on behalf of a public agency.
