Proceedings in Cases of Insolvency and Delinquency

Such notice shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation, published in the county in which the proceeding is pending, and in the Counties of Alameda, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, and Santa Clara, not less than once a week for four successive weeks. A copy of the notice, accompanied by an affidavit of due publication, including a statement of the date of first publication, shall be filed with the clerk of the court.
The notice shall be published in newspapers of general circulation in geographic areas pertinent to the liquidation. The notice shall reference a source, either the liquidated company’s or the liquidator’s Internet Web site, where ongoing information for creditors shall be provided. A copy of the notice, accompanied by an affidavit of due publication, including a statement of the date of publication, shall be filed with the clerk of the court.
