Withdrawal of Insurers

The withdrawing insurer shall pay to the commissioner a fee of five hundred ninety dollars ($590) for all services and expenses in connection with the withdrawal.
The withdrawing insurer shall pay to the commissioner a fee of one thousand four hundred ten dollars ($1,410) for all services and expenses in connection with the withdrawal.
