Qualification and Licensing

Repealed (in Sec. 3) and added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 768, Sec. 4

(a) Bail licenses are:

(1) Bail agents’ licenses.

(2) Bail permittees’ licenses.

(3) Bail solicitors’ licenses.

(4) Bail fugitive recovery agent licenses.

(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2023.
