The commissioner shall require the payment of twenty-nine dollars ($29) in lawful money of the United States, in advance, as a fee for filing papers required under Section 713, on account of change or changes made at one time.
The commissioner shall require the payment of seventy-two dollars ($72), in advance, as a fee for filing papers required under Section 713, on account of change or changes made at one time.
