The commissioner shall charge and collect one hundred eighteen dollars ($118) in advance as a fee for the first filing each year of a statement under this article. Only one such fee shall be charged or collected from any one insurer in any one calendar year.
The commissioner shall charge and collect four hundred twenty dollars ($420) in advance as a fee for the first filing each year of a statement under this article. Only one fee shall be charged or collected from any one insurer in any one calendar year.
