The board shall not direct an election in any bargaining unit where a valid election has been held in the immediately preceding 12-month period.
(a) The board shall not direct an election in any bargaining unit where a valid election has been held in the immediately preceding 12-month period.
(b) This section shall be operative January 1, 2028.
