The commission may request staff support and facilities for its activities from the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the department may provide that support.
The commission is responsible for setting policy. It is the duty of the staff hired by the commission to carry out that policy.
The Department of Veterans Affairs shall administer the Capitol Park Veterans Memorial Fund. The Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of General Services shall work collaboratively pursuant to a memorandum of agreement to carry out the duties and functions of this chapter.
