The students of any college, community college, or school in this state may be organized into a California Cadet Corps company or companies under such rules and regulations as the governing body of the schools or colleges and the Adjutant General of the State of California may prescribe. A California Cadet Corps company or companies shall be of such strength as may be prescribed by the Adjutant General.
