California Cadet Corps

The California Cadet Corps shall train in accordance with the appropriate manuals prescribed by the United States Army and by the rules and regulations adopted by the Adjutant General. A uniformed corps of cadets shall not be organized in any college, community college, or school except as authorized by this chapter, provided that J.R.O.T.C., R.O.T.C., and other federally approved military units shall not be subject to or limited by this code.
