California Cadet Corps

(a) Whenever practical, members of the California Cadet Corps shall, under the supervision of the commandant of cadets, be permitted to utilize California National Guard rifle ranges for marksmanship practice when the ranges are not being used by the California National Guard.
When practical, members of the California Cadet Corps shall, under the supervision of a qualified California Cadet Corps instructor, be permitted to utilize California National Guard ranges, including marksmanship ranges, for cadet training when the ranges are not being used by the California National Guard.
(b) Whenever practical, members of the California Cadet Corps shall be permitted to utilize California National Guard facilities for training activities.
