There is hereby established the Alternative Protest Process to be administered by the Department of General Services.
There is hereby established the Alternative Protest Process to be administered by the Department of General Services and the Department of Technology in accordance with Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 12100) of Part 2 of Division 2 and this chapter.
