The expenses necessarily incurred by the members of the Judicial Criminal Justice Planning Committee in the performance of their duties under this title shall be paid by the Judicial Council, but it shall be reimbursed by the agency to the extent that federal funds can be made available for that purpose. Staff support for the committee’s activities shall be provided by the Judicial Council, but the cost of that staff support shall be reimbursed by the agency to the extent that federal funds can be made available for that purpose.
