There is in the State Treasury the Victim-Witness Assistance Fund. Funds appropriated thereto shall be dispensed to the agency exclusively for the purposes specified in this article and for the support of the centers specified in Section 13837.
There is in the State Treasury the Victim-Witness Assistance Fund. Funds appropriated thereto shall be dispensed to the Office of Emergency Services exclusively for the purposes specified in this article, for any other purpose that supports victims, and for the support of the centers specified in Section 13837.
