The regional SAFE teams may consist of officers and agents from the following law enforcement agencies:

(e) To the extent that these agencies have available resources, the following law enforcement agencies: (1) The Department of Justice. (2) The Department of the California Highway Patrol. (3) The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. (4) The Federal Bureau of Investigation.
