As used in Article 3 (commencing with Section 30345) of Chapter 1 of Division 10 of Title 4, “vendor” means a handgun ammunition vendor.
As used in Articles 2 through 5 of Chapter 1 of Division 10 of Title 4, “vendor” means an ammunition vendor.
