There is and shall continue to be a State prison to be known as the California State Prison at San Quentin.
There is and shall continue to be a state prison known as the San Quentin Rehabilitation Center. Any reference to the California State Prison at San Quentin shall be a reference to the San Quentin Rehabilitation Center.
